We have a letter from our auditing firm, which is available upon request.

Are you black owned?

No, we a 100% Female owned company.

What are your operating hours?

We are open Monday to Friday 08H00 to 16H30

Can I come to your offices and see your products?

Our offices are a sales office only.  Products can be viewed online or our sales manager can come and see you with samples.

As the sales manager is often on the road it is best to set up an appointment.

PRODUCT RANGE

Can you supply XXXXX product?

Please email the name and code of the product or a photo of the product and we will look through our range or source it for you?

Please e-mail me a catalogue?

We have an online catalogue

Alternatively you can pick up a hard copy at our offices

Do you offer branding?

Yes, we do, but only as a value add on products purchased from us.

LEAD TIME

What is you lead time?

If it is a stock item and no branding is required:

Dispatch releases the order 1 working day after your payment CLEARS in our account.

-If the items are in stock and there is branding required:

Items are pack and released for branding -1 working day

Then and artwork approval is generated.  1 – 2 working days

Once the artwork approval has been signed off then the branding can start and this takes 5 to7 working days,

If the item has to be manufactured:

This depends on the manufacturing process; it can be between 10 working days to 4 to 6 weeks.

If it has to be imported

-          A minimum of ten working days, plus however long it takes for the items to be cleared.

PLACING AN ORDER

How do I place an order?

You can submit a quote list from our website to give us an indication of the products in which you are interested. One of our corporate representatives will contact you shortly thereafter to confirm your requirements and to assist you with placing your order. Alternatively, you can contact us telephonically at our offices on Tel:  0115932450; Office Cell:  082 948 7461

Once you have been quoted, you accept the quotation and we will send you an invoice.

Can I buy individual units?

We are a business to business company and therefore our minimum quantities are ten per item type.  We do not offer retail sales.

PAYMENT TERMS

What are your payment terms?

For unbranded items: The full payment upon placing your order. The payment must clear n our account before the order will be released.

For branded orders: 65% deposit upon placing order and the balance to clear in our account two working days prior to dispatch.

Clients who are qualified resellers have special pricing and are required to pay the full amount upon placing the order.

Can I pay via credit card.

We offer online credit card payment facilities via Sage Pay.  Once you have been invoiced, we will e-mail you the invoice, you would then follow the online link and pay via credit card or cheque card.

Please ensure that you have activated your credit card with your bank for online purchases.

Can I come to your offices and pay via credit card there?

No, we offer on line services only.

Can I pay by cash?

We do not accept cash on the premices.

You can deposit the cash at our bank or via an atm.  Please use your invoice number or your company name as a reference.

Can I pay by cheque?

We do not accept cheques.

If your company policy only allows cheques, then please allow 7 working days for your cheque to clear before we will commence with the order.

They are not able to assist with sales or production or delivery eqquires.  They take messages and pass it onto a sales consultant.

Colin: Sales Manager

Kim: Marketing and operations

Mandy: Internal sales: Mandy is on extended maternity leave and only responds via e-mail as she works off site.

Trevor: Works deliveries only.

So, if the you spoke to a man, then it would be Colin.  If you spoke to a lady, it would have been Kim.
